Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 to create a FeelSame account. Provide your real date of birth: it determines the safety rules applied to your account. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission to use this service, obtain that permission. FeelSame is a social entertainment platform, not a dating service.
Create an account with an email address, username, display name, password, date of birth and gender selection; city is optional. Use accurate account information and a username and profile that do not impersonate someone else. Your display name is public within the community; it need not be your legal name.
Keep your password private and use a password you do not reuse elsewhere. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Stop using an account you know is compromised; do not share another person’s account or bypass account restrictions.
What FeelSame offers
FeelSame helps you explore movies, TV shows and episodes, artists and albums; keep ratings, reviews, logs and watchlists; choose Top 5 favorites; build a profile; discover shared tastes; follow people; make mutual connections; and exchange messages with eligible connections.
Profile visibility and following are separate from private connections. Discover and connection requests use the 13–15, 16–17 and 18+ age groups. Messages require an active connection within the same age group. Private profiles are excluded from Discover, and new accounts start with Discover turned off. Profiles for users under 18 start private. Restrictions and blocking can prevent interactions.
Your content and our limited permission to use it
You retain ownership of content you create, including reviews, bios, photos, notes and messages. Submit only content you have the right to share, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
You give FeelSame a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, process, format, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate the service, honor your visibility settings, and handle safety or legal obligations. This includes processing by infrastructure providers working to deliver the service. It does not transfer ownership to FeelSame or permit unrelated advertising use of your private messages.
This permission lasts while the content is held for those purposes, including relevant backups and safety records. Removing or editing supported content changes its availability in the application, but cannot withdraw copies others already saved or guarantee immediate erasure from backups.
Conduct that is not allowed
Use FeelSame to discuss entertainment and connect respectfully. The Community Guidelines explain these rules in practical terms.
- No harassment, threats, hate or targeted abuse, doxxing, coercion or blackmail.
- No sexual exploitation, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, requests for intimate material from minors, or inappropriate adult/minor contact.
- No spam, scams, impersonation, malicious links, malware, illegal content or infringement of others’ rights.
- No unauthorized access, automated platform abuse, interference with service security, or evasion of blocks, bans or moderation restrictions.
Reports and moderation
Users can report accounts, reviews and supported media or episode pages, and can block accounts. Reports are not public. Staff can review reports and relevant account or content information, keep internal notes, and record decisions in an audit log.
Depending on the context and severity, action may include a recorded warning, hidden content, a Discover or messaging restriction, suspension, or a ban. Staff may restore content or remove restrictions after review. A warning is a staff record; this does not promise a user notification or a particular response time. We may act on serious safety concerns without waiting for multiple reports.
Moderation should consider relevant context and be proportionate to the risk. Reporting does not guarantee that action will be taken. There is currently no dedicated in-app appeals form or published appeals contact; these Terms do not promise an appeals workflow that is not available.
Entertainment metadata and third parties
Movie, TV and episode information and artwork are provided through TMDB. Music metadata comes from MusicBrainz and album artwork through Cover Art Archive. Metadata and artwork remain subject to their owners’ rights and provider terms; FeelSame does not claim ownership of them.
External catalog information may be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. Links and external images may involve third-party services with their own privacy practices. FeelSame does not control those services.
Changes and availability
Features may change as FeelSame develops. Maintenance, outages, network problems and third-party failures can interrupt access, search, uploads or messaging. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of metadata will remain accessible.
Do not treat FeelSame as an emergency service or the only place to keep important material. Reasonable efforts to operate the service do not guarantee that every harmful interaction can be prevented.
Stopping use and account restrictions
You may stop using FeelSame at any time. You can edit your profile, manage photos and reviews through supported controls, and change privacy settings. There is currently no automatic account deletion or data export feature.
We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated rule violations, security risks or legal requirements. Account suspension or a ban restricts access; it does not necessarily erase all account data, messages, reports or safety records. Retention is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibilities and consumer protections
FeelSame is provided with the limitations described above. You are responsible for your own submissions and interactions; other users’ opinions are their own. We cannot promise that all content is accurate or that the service will suit every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FeelSame is not responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated from using the service. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes responsibility where doing so is unlawful, including for fraud or other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Updates to these Terms
The version, effective date and last updated date appear on this page. Future changes will be published here. Review the current Terms when using the service. For material changes, any additional notice or consent required by applicable law must be provided; this page does not imply an automated notification system exists.
