Be respectful; no harassment #

Disagree about a film, episode or album without attacking the person. Do not target someone with repeated unwanted contact, humiliating remarks, sexual comments, coordinated harassment or pressure after they say no. Respect a block and stop contacting someone who wants space.

No hate or targeted abuse #

Do not demean or threaten people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic. Criticism of a work or idea is not permission to attack a group of people.

No threats, coercion or blackmail #

Do not threaten violence, encourage harm, demand money or intimate material through pressure, or threaten to release private information. Take credible threats seriously and use local emergency services when there is immediate physical danger.

No sexual exploitation or inappropriate contact #

Sexual exploitation, grooming and sexual solicitation of minors are prohibited. Never request, share or threaten to share sexual material involving minors. Do not seek intimate images, secret contact or sexual conversations from a minor, or use a false age to bypass interaction rules.

Do not pressure another person to move to another service, reveal private contact information or keep uncomfortable contact secret. Consent to discussing entertainment or accepting a follow is not consent to sexual contact.

Young user safety ↗

No spam, scams or impersonation #

Do not mass-message promotions, run deceptive giveaways, ask for money through false stories, sell access to accounts, or impersonate another person or staff. Never request a password, sign-in code or payment to resolve a moderation issue.

No doxxing or malicious content #

Do not publish someone’s address, phone number, private messages or other personal information without permission. Do not upload malware, deceptive links, illegal material or content you do not have the right to share. Keep sensitive information out of profile photos and public reviews.

No moderation evasion or platform abuse #

Do not create replacement accounts to evade a ban, contact someone through another account after a block, or use automation to overwhelm reports, search or messaging. Do not probe accounts or infrastructure without authorization.

Discuss media responsibly #

Discuss difficult themes thoughtfully, without using a work’s subject matter to endorse abuse or target people. Keep reviews relevant to the work. Respect copyright and distinguish personal opinion from factual allegations.

Use the spoiler option when your review reveals important plot details. Avoid spoilers in text people see before opening a review. A spoiler label is not a guarantee that every discussion is spoiler-free.

Report concerns and use blocking #

Use Report on a profile, another user’s review, or a supported media/episode page. Choose the closest category and explain the relevant context. Reports are not public. Block on a profile to stop eligible interactions; manage blocks in Settings. Do not misuse reporting to punish a difference of opinion.

What moderation can do #

Staff review reports and relevant evidence. Outcomes can include a recorded warning, hiding a review, photo, bio or activity item, restricting Discover or messaging, suspending an account, or banning it. Content and access may be restored after review. Decisions and reasons are recorded internally; action depends on context and severity, not simply the number of reports.

The current interface does not publish report decisions to other users, promise immediate responses, or provide a dedicated appeals workflow. For urgent physical danger, do not wait for a report review.
