Stay in control of what you share #

Enjoy talking about the stories and music you love. Share at your own pace. Keep your address, school, workplace schedule, phone number and sign-in details out of profiles and conversations with people you do not know well. Never send money or intimate material because someone pressures you.

An account’s name, photos or age are not proof of identity. Shared taste does not create an obligation to follow, connect, reply or move to another app. You can leave a conversation whenever you want.

Block someone and stop communication #

While signed in, open the person’s profile, choose Block and confirm. Blocking ends the active connection, removes follow relationships and pending connection choices in both directions, and prevents profile access, Discover pairing and messaging between those accounts.

Blocking does not automatically delete previous messages or create a report. If staff should review harmful behavior, report before blocking: the current report flow rejects account and review reports between blocked accounts. If you already blocked someone, reporting currently requires unblocking in Settings first, only if you feel safe doing so. Do not resume a conversation just to report it. In Settings, find Blocked users to unblock; unblocking does not restore old follows or reactivate the previous connection.

Report harmful behavior #

Report is available on another person’s profile, reviews written by others, and supported media or episode pages. Sign in, open the relevant page, choose Report, select a reason, describe what happened and submit. A confirmation in the interface means your report was submitted.

Reports are not public. Give useful context such as the account, the content involved and when the behavior occurred. There is no dedicated message attachment/report button: report the account and describe the relevant message concern without including unrelated private information. Do not copy or redistribute illegal sexual material.

Staff can review the report and relevant evidence. Submission does not guarantee immediate review, a specific action or a personal update. Report before blocking when possible; blocking first prevents account/review reporting in the current flow. You can always block immediately if stopping contact is your priority.

What violates the rules ↗Blocking instructions ↗

Message at your own pace #

Private messaging requires an active mutual connection and the same age group. A follow does not open a conversation. You do not owe anyone a reply, personal information or continued contact.

Stop replying if someone makes you uncomfortable. Do not open unexpected links or share passwords or sign-in codes. Keep enough relevant context to describe harmful contact in a report; report before using the profile’s Block control when it is safe to do so. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

Advice for young users #

You must be at least 13 to join. Profiles start private for people under 18, and Discover starts off for new accounts. Discover, connections and messages use separate 13–15, 16–17 and 18+ groups. Public entertainment activity and following can cross those groups; a private profile’s follow requests require approval. A follow is not permission to message.

An adult seeking sexual contact, intimate images or secret communication with a minor is violating the rules. Grooming can include repeated requests for private contact details, pressure to switch to another service, gifts with conditions, isolation from trusted people, or threats and blackmail.

You do not need to keep uncomfortable contact secret. Stop replying; if it is safe to do so, report the account before blocking, then speak to a trusted adult or another trusted person. If you need to block immediately, do so; reporting an already blocked account is currently limited. Do not send intimate material, pay a blackmailer or comply with threats. If there is immediate physical danger, use appropriate local emergency services.

Harassment, threats and coercion #

You can stop contact without debating or proving that you are uncomfortable. Use blocking and reporting for repeated unwanted messages, targeted abuse, threats or coercion. Explain the relevant behavior in your report and avoid posting private information publicly.

If a threat suggests immediate physical danger, seek local emergency help. FeelSame cannot provide real-time protection or emergency intervention.

Impersonation and scams #

Be cautious of accounts asking for money, passwords, sign-in codes or downloads, even if they look familiar. Do not assume a person claiming to be staff is genuine. Do not send money to remove a warning or ban. Report impersonation or a scam from the account’s profile, and block unwanted contact.

Immediate danger needs local help #

FeelSame reporting is not an emergency service and is not monitored as an emergency hotline. For immediate physical danger, contact the appropriate emergency services where you are. If you are a young user, tell a trusted adult when it is safe to do so. Do not wait for a moderation response.

Report → review → possible action #

A report is saved for staff review. Staff can examine relevant account/content evidence, add internal notes and record a reasoned decision. Depending on the situation, they can record a warning, hide content, restrict Discover or messaging, suspend an account or ban it. They can also dismiss a report or restore content/access after review.

Reports and internal moderation notes are not public. The current system does not offer a dedicated appeals form or promise a report-status notification. Staff cannot casually browse conversations through the moderation interface.

Choose your privacy controls #

In Settings, choose a private profile, city visibility and Discover eligibility; edit supported profile details and manage photos. A private profile limits profile content to approved followers and removes you from Discover. Turning Discover off is separate from making your profile private.

Your exact birthday stays private, but your age can be shown on a visible profile. Photo URLs are directly accessible if someone already has the link; privacy settings cannot revoke saved copies. Review what your bio and photos reveal before sharing them.
